Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your item) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the products sold, we do not accept returns. All products, including custom products (such as graphic t-shirts, graphic sweatshirts, special orders, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products (such as graphic t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.), we cannot accept exchanges on any item. We highly encourage you to follow the size charts provided on the products page to confirm the right fit. We also do not accept exchanges on any other item in our store, but if there is an issue with your item please reach out to us at westinandco@gmail.com.
Refunds
Due to our no return/no exchange policy, we cannot process refunds.
